Dr. Neyara Radwan is an Associate Professor in the Industrial Management Department at Liwa College, Abu Dhabi, UAE. She also holds the position of Associate Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Suez Canal University, Egypt. She has achieved two promotions to Associate Professor—first in Mechanical Engineering and the other in Industrial Engineering—establishing herself as a distinguished academic and researcher with over 25 years of experience. Her career is marked by a profound dedication to advancing knowledge in optimization, sustainability, artificial intelligence applications, and renewable energy. Dr. Radwan’s work addresses global challenges while bridging the gap between engineering and management disciplines. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, she develops impactful solutions that contribute to a sustainable future. In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Radwan has collaborated extensively with prestigious quality accreditation bodies, including ABET, AMBA, and AACSB. During her tenure at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia, she served as both an Assistant and Associate Professor. In these roles, she was appointed as the Quality Assurance Officer for MBA/EMBA and Ph.D. programs, ensuring program excellence and compliance with international accreditation standards. Her efforts significantly enhanced academic quality and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Dr. Radwan is a sought-after keynote speaker and panelist at international conferences, where she shares her expertise on engineering innovation, sustainability, and academic leadership. Over her career, she has participated in more than 100 international conferences and workshops in various capacities, including as a keynote speaker, chairperson, advisory board member, and reviewer. These engagements reflect her commitment to fostering global dialogue and collaboration in academic and research. She has also played a pivotal role in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that academic programs meet global standards while inspiring the next generation of researchers and engineers. Her collaborations with global organizations such as the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) and the Asia Africa Development Council reflect this commitment.
