Amin Hajizadeh (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees (Hons.) from the K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2005 and 2010, respectively, all in electrical engineering. From 2014 to 2016, he joined the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trondheim, Norway, as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. Since 2016, he has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Energy Technology, Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark. His current research interests include control of distributed energy resources, control of power electronic converters for microgrid, and marine power systems. Dr. Hajizadeh is a member of scientific program committees of several IEEE conferences. He is also a Reviewer of several IEEE and IET journals and a Guest Editor and an Associate Editor of several special issues in IEEE, IET, and Elsevier. Moreover, he is project manager and collaborator in several international projects.
