Dr. Saida Safibullayevna Beknazarova is a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) and Professor specializing in video technologies, computer graphics, image and audio processing, software engineering, and front-end development. She is a member of the International Organization for Women in Science (OWSD), affiliated with UNESCO and the World Academy of Sciences (TWAS). Dr. Beknazarova also serves on several prominent committees, including the Senate Committee on Youth, Culture, and Sports, and the Senate Committee on Women and Gender Equality. She is the Chairman of the Eslar Academy under the Organization for Women in Science Olima of Uzbekistan and leads the Center for Inventive Woman Developer Programming Girls.
